Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule, text Zac directly at least 24 hours before your lesson.
Give at least 24 hours’ notice
This gives Zac time to offer the opening to another player.
Text Zac to make a change
Send your name and lesson date and time, and say whether you need to cancel or reschedule.
If something comes up within 24 hours of your lesson, text Zac as soon as possible.
